Limited Warranty

Jolex, Inc. warrants each new BRUGO mug against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component or the entire mug at Jolex’ discretion and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

Claims under this warranty must be made via an authorized BRUGO retailer or BRUGO’s website. Proof of purchase is required. Consumer is responsible for shipping costs under a warranty claim. A warranty registration must be completed and received by Jolex, Inc. before a warranty claim may be processed.
