We will accept returns of unused mugs if returned within 60 days of the purchase date. We can not accept returns of used mugs.

Please include your packing slip in the box. Your card will be credited for the cost of the mug(s) upon our receiving your return. Please note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
